A comissão é destinada a uso pessoal (foto de perfil, postagem, RPG, etc.); não é permitido revender, editar, traçar ou lucrar diretamente com a arte. Uso comercial deve ser negociado separadamente;

É proibido utilizar a arte para treinamento, alimentação ou desenvolvimento de sistemas de IA, NFTs, blockchain ou tecnologias similares;

Postarei a arte nas minhas redes sociais apenas com a permissão do cliente;

Reservo o direito de recusar qualquer solicitação de comissão sem necessidade de justificativa;

Pedidos com a ideia bem formada, referências visuais e descrição clara terão prioridade;

Evite enviar áudios; prefiro receber informações por texto para evitar mal-entendidos;

Personagens adicionais custam +100% do valor base por personagem;

Cenários complexos custam +75% do valor; fundos simples coloridos ou com formas geométricas não têm custo adicional — ilustrações completas já incluem o desenvolvimento de um cenário e da composição da cena, portanto não possuem essa taxa adicional;

Screenshots do processo serão enviados durante as etapas de rascunho, lineart e pintura;

Os prints do processo serão enviados com marca-d’água, que será removida no arquivo final;

Priorize pedidos de mudança na pose durante o esboço. Após o início da lineart, alterações na pose, design do personagem ou composição terão uma taxa de R$10;

Avise o mais rápido possível caso tenha algum prazo específico, para que eu possa informar se consigo cumpri-lo;

Eu estudo e trabalho, então o prazo pode variar de uma semana a um mês (caso eu não esteja de férias). Se eu não enviar nenhuma atualização por 48 horas, sinta-se à vontade para entrar em contato, sempre mantendo o respeito;

O prazo começa a ser contado após a confirmação do pagamento e a entrada do cliente na fila de espera, que estará disponível por meio de um link;

O arquivo final poderá ser enviado por e-mail ou por link do Google Drive;

O pagamento é feito exclusivamente por Pix;

O pagamento pode ser dividido em 50% antes do início da arte e 50% após a aprovação do esboço, antes do início da lineart, ou pode ser feito 100% adiantado antes do início do esboço;

Caso o cliente queira cancelar antes do esboço, 100% do valor será reembolsado. Durante o esboço, o valor equivalente à primeira parcela (50% do total) será retido. Após a aprovação do esboço e pagamento da segunda parcela, caso o cliente cancele durante a lineart ou pintura, a segunda metade será reembolsada. Para pagamentos de 100% adiantados, o reembolso após o início da arte será sempre de 50% do valor total;

Caso eu precise cancelar a comissão por qualquer motivo, 100% do valor será reembolsado;

Caso o cliente deixe de responder a mensagens necessárias para o andamento da comissão por 14 dias sem aviso prévio, a comissão poderá ser considerada abandonada e cancelada. O reembolso, quando aplicável, será calculado de acordo com a etapa em que a comissão se encontra.

I retain the copyright to the finished artwork;

Commissions are for personal use only (profile pictures, posts, RPGs, etc.); reselling, editing, tracing, or directly profiting from the artwork is not allowed. Commercial use must be negotiated separately;

The artwork may not be used for AI training, feeding, or development, NFTs, blockchain, or similar technologies;

I will only post the artwork on my social media with the client’s permission;

I reserve the right to refuse any commission request without providing a reason;

Requests with a well-developed idea, visual references, and a clear description will be prioritized;

Please avoid sending audio messages; I prefer receiving information in text to avoid misunderstandings;

Additional characters cost +100% of the base price per character;

Complex backgrounds cost +75% of the price. Simple colored backgrounds or geometric shapes are not charged extra — full illustrations already include the development of a background and scene composition, so this fee does not apply;

Screenshots of the process will be sent during the sketch, lineart, and painting stages;

Process screenshots will be watermarked; the watermark will be removed from the final file;

Please request pose changes during the sketch stage whenever possible. After the lineart has started, changes to the pose, character design, or composition will incur a R$10 fee;

Please let me know as soon as possible if you have a specific deadline, so I can let you know whether I can meet it;

I study and work, so the turnaround time may range from one week to one month (unless I am on vacation). If I do not send an update within 48 hours, feel free to contact me, while always remaining respectful;

The turnaround time starts after payment is confirmed and the client has been added to the waiting list, which will be available through a link;

The final file may be sent by email or through a Google Drive link;

Payment is accepted via Wise or PayPal;

Payment can be made in two installments: 50% before I start the artwork and 50% after the sketch is approved, before the lineart begins. Alternatively, 100% of the payment can be made upfront before I start the sketch;

If the client cancels before the sketch, 100% of the payment will be refunded. If they cancel during the sketch, the amount corresponding to the first 50% of the total price will be retained. If the client approves the sketch, pays the second installment, and then cancels during the lineart or painting stage, the second half of the payment will be refunded. For payments made 100% upfront, any refund after the artwork has started will always be 50% of the total price;

If I need to cancel the commission for any reason, 100% of the payment will be refunded;

If the client stops responding to messages necessary for the progress of the commission for 14 days without prior notice, the commission may be considered abandoned and cancelled. If applicable, the refund will be calculated according to the stage the commission has reached.
